GOOD QUESTIONS
Let’s make things clearer.
The practical things, the clinical things, and the things you might feel unsure about. We are happy to talk them through.
Will my teeth need to be shaved?
Bonding often involves little or no enamel removal, but this depends on the tooth and your bite. Any necessary preparation should be explained before you agree to treatment. It should not be described as universally damage-free or fully reversible.
Am I suitable for composite bonding?
That depends on your teeth, gums, bite and goals. Decay or gum problems may need treatment first, and bonding cannot replace orthodontics for every alignment issue. Photos help start the conversation; an in-person examination confirms suitability.
How long does bonding last?
Longevity varies with your bite, habits, the amount of bonding and care. Over time it can stain, chip or need polishing, repair or replacement. Your dentist will discuss realistic maintenance expectations for your case.
Can it be done in one visit?
Many cases can be completed in one treatment visit. More extensive work, preparatory care or bite checks may need additional appointments. Your individual plan confirms timing; avoid booking travel around a guaranteed treatment duration.
Will I need anaesthetic?
Often not for simple surface bonding, but it depends on the work being done and your sensitivity. Your dentist discusses comfort and any anaesthetic needed. Temporary sensitivity is possible.
What is included in the price?
The quoted treatment includes the agreed planning, night guard, follow-up and aftercare documentation. Packages for 8+ teeth include two hotel nights and private airport–hotel and hotel–clinic return transfers; pickup details are confirmed in writing. Flights, optional whitening and extra nights are separate.
Do I pay a deposit?
No. There is no advance payment. You pay at the clinic and agree the final treatment plan and price before treatment starts.
What happens if I need help at home?
Contact us to discuss the problem and the written aftercare or retouch policy. Keep your Bonding Passport for any dentist who may treat you. Urgent pain, swelling or injury needs prompt local, in-person assessment; messaging cannot replace emergency care.
BEFORE YOU DECIDE
The questions behind the questions.
It is normal to wonder about the look, the trip and what to send us first.
Ask your own questionWill it still look like my teeth?
Your dentist discusses shade, shape and proportions with you and selects the composite to suit your smile. Bring the things you like and the things you do not want to the conversation.
When should I book my flights?
First discuss the written plan and the available appointment dates with us. We will confirm hotel and transfer details with you so the travel fits around your visit.
What photos should I send?
A clear front smile, a close view of your teeth and a side view in natural light are a helpful start. You can send phone photos without filters; we will tell you if we need another angle.
